We have such a great family of volunteers who bring so many different gifts to help us run the farm for the young people. We enjoyed a great day together just meeting each other and sharing ideas, needs and gifts. Particular thanks to all those who have been house sitting, especially as there are so many animals for care for at the moment, all those who have helped in the catering and gardening over the last few months.

What an amazing time we all had from the moment I walked up the lanes to the sound of Spring and seeing the farm, which always gives me that sense of arrival, to the glow of warmth in the garden and coffee, to talks on future plans and visits, to a delicious lunch. A huge thank you to all at Shallowford and meeting new friends and relaxing together. The farm tour at both Shallowford and Broadaford, including the walk, was magical and worth all the planning.”
