Joint Youth Club Programme

Four youth clubs joined together to bring a group of young people from different parts of the community to the farm. PH staff training

The staff team had a challenging weekend tackling the many team tasks that we presented them with. A walk across the moors turned into a competitive event with timed tasks en route to test their communication, cooperation, coordination and consideration skills. They learnt much about each other and themselves making for a stronger team.
